Banana Ragnarok Online - Server Rules

Welcome to Banana Ragnarok Online! Our goal is to provide a fair, friendly, and enjoyable classic Ragnarok Online experience for all players. By playing on the server, you agree to follow the rules below.

1. Respect All Players
   • Treat other players with respect at all times.
   • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or personal attacks are not allowed.
   • Healthy competition is encouraged, but toxic behavior is not.
   • Respect Game Masters (GMs), staff members, and community moderators.
2. No Cheating or Exploiting
   • The use of hacks, bots, unauthorized third-party programs, packet editing, or exploits is strictly prohibited.
   • Taking advantage of bugs or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is not allowed.
   • Any bugs discovered should be reported to the staff team immediately.
   • Failure to report major exploits may result in penalties.
3. Auto Attack Policy

   Banana RO provides an official Auto Attack feature as a quality-of-life system.

   • Only the server's built-in Auto Attack system may be used.
   • Third-party bots, macros, and automation tools remain prohibited.
   • Auto Attack is intended for basic leveling and farming only.
   • Auto Attack may be subject to map, time, range, or activity limitations.
   • Staff reserve the right to adjust or restrict Auto Attack features to maintain game balance.
4. Fair Play and Sportsmanship
   • Scamming, impersonating staff members, or misleading players is prohibited.
   • Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players may result in disciplinary action.
   • Players should compete fairly in all aspects of the game.
5. Account Responsibility
   • Players are responsible for the security of their own accounts.
   • Never share your password with anyone.
   • Staff members will never ask for your password.
   • Account sharing is discouraged and done at your own risk.
6. Character and Guild Names
   • Character, guild, pet, and shop names must be appropriate.
   • Names containing offensive, hateful, racist, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content may be changed without warning.
   • Names intended to impersonate staff members are not allowed.
7. Chat Conduct
   • Excessive spamming, flooding, or disruptive behavior in public chat channels is prohibited.
   • Keep discussions respectful and welcoming.
   • Advertising other servers is not permitted.
   • Real-money trading advertisements are prohibited.
8. Real Money Trading (RMT)
   • Buying or selling accounts, characters, items, zeny, or services for real-world currency is prohibited.
   • Attempting to conduct RMT transactions may result in permanent account suspension.
9. WoE, PvP, and MVP Competition
   • Competitive gameplay is encouraged.
   • Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics during WoE, PvP, or MVP encounters is prohibited.
   • Players are expected to display good sportsmanship whether they win or lose.
10. Staff Authority
    • Game Masters reserve the right to investigate suspicious activities.
    • Punishments may range from warnings to permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation.
    • Staff decisions regarding server integrity and rule enforcement are final.
    • Rules may be updated as necessary to maintain a healthy game environment.
